What we collect

When you use our inquiry form, we collect the details you submit: your name, email address, and optionally your desired dates, party size, and message. We use this solely to respond to your inquiry.

We use a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool (Plausible) to understand aggregate traffic — page views and outbound clicks. It does not use cookies or collect personal data, and no consent banner is required.

Our availability calendar reads only booked/blocked dates synced from our Airbnb calendar. It contains no guest names or reservation details.

How we use it

• To reply to and follow up on your inquiry.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.

Form submissions are delivered to the host by email. We do not add you to any marketing list. We do not share your details with third parties except the email-delivery service used to transmit your message to us.

Booking on Airbnb

All bookings, payments, and reviews happen on Airbnb under their own terms and privacy policy. When you click through to Airbnb, their policies apply.

Data retention & your choices

We retain inquiry emails only as long as needed to assist you. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email [email protected].
